The  Slow Hen 🐔

Amelia had a tiny fowl named Lulu. Every morning, Lulu strolled carefully around the garden, pecking at the earth with each step.

"Hey, Lulu!" Amelia sighed. "Why are you always slow? Hurry up."

But Lulu never hurried. She'd peck... Look around, flap her wings, and peck again.

One day, Amelia wanted Lulu to lay eggs quikly  so she could brag to her friends. "If only this hen would hurry!" she lamented.

Her grandmother laughed quietly and added, "You cannot hurry the hen." She will lay when it is ready. Rushing her will not result in a quicker egg.

Amelia scowled and waited. Days later, Lulu laid her first egg. Amelia was pleased and hugged him tightly. She finally understood every thing has its time.

Lesson: Patience is part of life whether it’s waiting for eggs, fruits, or even our own successes.
